Background and Aim: Occupational safety and health hold significant importance in human resource management, particularly within the workplace. In an era marked by globalization and modernization, safety and security are essential for the efficient operation of any business. They function as dynamic and endogenous components within the work environment, ultimately contributing to increased profitability for employers. Beyond material gain, the teachings of Islam approach Occupational safety and health from a distinct perspective. A thorough examination of Islamic sources reveals cognitive foundations and principles that underscore safety and health in the workplace. Accordingly, this article seeks to explore the strategies embedded within Islamic teachings for fostering Occupational safety. Methods: This research is theoretical. The methodology employed is descriptive-analytical, and data collection has been conducted through library research. By consulting documents, books, and scholarly articles, the study examines the mechanisms of religious teachings in promoting Occupational safety and health as one of the key issues in human resource management. Ethical Considerations: In this article, the authenticity of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness have been observed. Results: The findings of the research show that the teachings of Islam, with a moral and transcendental view, have provided cognitive foundations such as human dignity, the hereafter, justice-oriented, the right to life, brotherhood and mercy and kindness for Occupational safety, which requires the employer's attention to safety and It exposes the job security of the employees. Conclusion: Among the solutions of Islamic teachings in creating Occupational safety are: manageable workload, prevention of possible risks, educational programs for awareness of safety and health, compliance with government regulations, evaluation and cooperation of workers.

Based on political dimensions of the Quran, the tradition of Prophet Mohammad and method of Imam Ali, this article seeks to explicate two concepts of dignity and violence and their relations. This article has two main characteristics. First, it has considered both theoretical and practical issues in Islam and has gathered historical evidences for its arguments. Secondly, the article has an eye on the current issues in the Muslim world in order to suggest some solutions for its problems. The article has first considered the nature of dignity in Islam and whether it is a right or advantage, and then has tried to explain the relation between dignity and violence according to Islam.

Abrahamic religions consider nature to be disposed for humans. Therefore, they have been accused of environmental crises. This article presents a comparative analysis of the moral dignity of the environment from the perspective of Islam and Christianity. Definitely an independent moral dignity cannot be proved for environment in Christianity and Islam; rather only a non-independent moral dignity may be proved for environment, because it is desirable on the one hand - which is one of the features of moral values – and because of the moral responsibility that human undertake in both religions, on the other hand. Referring to the sacred texts of Islam and Christianity, I found that Islam has acted more comprehensively and accurately in proving the non-independent moral dignity of the environment. My result is that I reject the mentioned accusation against Abrahamic religions and I prove the superiority of Islam in this field.

The present research intends to offer a paradigm for the human dignity and the work life of teachers of physical education. The study is survey-based, with an objective of reaching an applied – developmental research. The statistical population is teachers of physical education from all around the country who were serving 2017. Considering Cochran Formula, 370 persons were selected as specimens and distributed using randomized cluster sampling, in 5 groups based on their province of residence which could be from 1-northern, 2-southern, 3-eastern, 4-western or 5-central provinces. The tools used for gathering data were the human dignity self-made questionnaire along with Walton’ s quality of work life (QWL) questionnaire. To answer the research’ s questions, hypotheses and data analyses, following software packages were used: LISREL for exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and modeling SPSS for descriptive statistics, t-statistical models for single group and two independent groups, Lea hey Method and variance analysis. The research’ s finding showed that the human dignity of the teachers of physical education was higher than the average level but their quality of work life was lower than the average level. The results of the ranking of human dignity dimensions showed that physical, behavioral, functional and mental dimensions had the most impact on the quality of work life, respectively These two variables have a mutual relation and can affect each other. So the research’ s pattern is confirmed.

Background and objective work safety and organizational cynicism can affect career ‎resilience. The current study aims to predict the career resilience of firefighters based on the work safety climate and organizational cynicism. Method This is a correlational study ‎using the structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. Participants were 300 people selected randomly from the personnel of 16 fire stations in Tehran and from among firefighters working in the Tehran Fire Department. We used three questionnaires, including the organizational cynicism scale, the Nordic safety climate questionnaire, and Morgan Lyon’s career resilience scale. Data were analyzed using SEM and regression analysis in AMOS software, version 24. Results The findings indicated a significant correlation between work safety climate, career resilience, and ‎organizational cynicism. The value of the maximum likelihood estimation statistic for the resulting SEM ‎model was 4673.97 (P<0.05), confirming the SEM model’s suitability. The results of analysis of variance showed that the work safety climate among firefighters was significantly different based on age, education level, and work experience. Conclusion The work safety climate among the firefighters in Tehran is not favorable . The lack of attention to firefighters’ perceptions of safety issues and the lack of attention to their livelihood and job promotion can create organizational cynicism among the personnel. There is a significant positive correlation between work safety climate and career resilience among firefighters. Thus, with the improvement of work safety conditions, the resilience of firefighters can be increased. Organizational cynicism has a negative relationship with the career resilience of firefighters.

The issue of the human rights is considered as a means of assessing and valuing man in the 21st century to the extend that due to the expansion of its legal dimensions towards politics, security and sovereignty is about to become a norm and standard in governing an unjust standard that isolates all types of criterion and understanding, even religious and civilized understandings. The most basic concept behind the contemporary human rights is the human dignity. Conceptual analysis of th human rights based on dignity leads to hidden challenges that have so far not been discussed. While analyzing the identity of human dignity, its status, and the implications of the human rights, this paper examines the critical human rights studies that historically criticize the theoretical foundations, methodology, value creation, legal normalization, functions and the human rights in the current world. The function of the conceptual analysis, is recognizing the network of knowledge and making a functional alignment between the common human rights literature of Islam and Christianity.
